The project involved the construction of 198 student rooms, kitchen and dining facilities, function spaces, and administration areas.

Passivehaus design principles were implemented to ensure that the building is highly energy efficient and comfortable for its occupants.

Case Meallin was engaged mid-construction to provide additional project resources as Superintendent and Project Manager to assist with the completion of the project.
