The project involved the major refurbishment and modernisation of the existing school facilities including the construction of new administration and teaching spaces, amenities and arts facilities. The refurbishment included upgrades to the C.A. Love Hall, Kroger Building, Winstanley Building and R.J. Vague Wing.
