After experience in quantity surveying, construction and working with private developers, Peter founded Case Meallin in 1994 with Stephen Case. He holds more than 40 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, bringing an analytical approach to problem-solving on countless major projects.
With a particular focus in the commercial, residential, education and office refurbishment/fit-out sectors, Peter excels at his ability to assess and evaluate the financial and contractual aspects of project viability. He is particularly skilled in the areas of feasibility studies, development management, project establishment and project recovery.
Peter’s high profile project experience includes the Victoria University Tower development, refurbishments of, Collins Place and Bourke Place, the delivery of the Sorrento and Queenscliff Ferry Terminals and various projects at Monash University.
