With a spread of projects across the retail, major sport and recreation, education, commercial office and residential sectors, Alex can apply his knowledge to just about any project to deliver successful outcomes and certainty to clients.
His diverse skill set coupled with his strong communication and leadership skills enables him to lead effectively across almost any project type, with particular expertise in project establishment and feasibility, stakeholder management and risk management as well as construction and programming. He is also highly regarded for his experience in tender and contractor appointment through to superintendency. Some of Alex’s recent and high-profile jobs include the development of SEEK’s new Cremorne headquarters, redevelopment of The Glen Shopping Centre, multiple projects at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and the Punt Road Oval redevelopment for Richmond Football Club.
