The project accommodates 500 Year 7 & 8 students over four levels, with break out, specialist classrooms, amenities and chapel. The primary structure for the Year 7 & 8 building is sustainably sourced and constructed using mass timber beams and CLT floor structure. The project includes the construction of a 250 car subterranean carpark beneath the Chapel Oval including change room facilities and natural turf oval above.
