Stephen established Case Meallin in 1994 with Peter Meallin. He holds more than 35 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, delivering numerous large-scale, high-profile projects.
With a particular focus on major sport and recreation as well as government and institutional sectors, Stephen is an industry leader in strategic planning and well versed in the management and resolution of detailed and complex project-related issues.
Stephen excels at stakeholder management, project management and direction, procurement studies, contract documentation, tendering, contractor appointment and construction delivery.
He commenced his career at John Holland Construction Group where he spent nine valuable years building his on-site construction management and project management experience. Some of his recent and highest profile projects include the Victoria Racing Club’s new members grandstand, the Victorian Pride Centre, Xavier College’s year 7 & 8 building, Junction Oval for Cricket Victoria and various projects at the MCG.
