University College – Melbourne Student Accommodation Project

Construction of Passivehaus designed student accommodation, kitchen and dining facilities providing 198 student rooms over four levels across two buildings including associated student services and training facilities, function spaces and administration areas.
Case Meallin were engaged mid-construction to provide additional project resources as Superintendent and Project Manager to assist with the completion of the construction phase.
